Jampa is a place for dinner surrounded by nature, where every dish is not only about taste, but also about a mindful attitude toward the world.

The restaurant is located in a green gated complex and looks like a Scandinavian house in the middle of a tropical garden: wood, fresh air, water, and the fire of an open kitchen. It is a restaurant with a Michelin Green Star and a philosophy of zero-waste, farm-to-table, and respect for local ingredients from Phuket and southern Thailand. Some of the produce is grown on their own organic farm, while fish and seafood are sourced from local farmers and fishermen.

Every Saturday, guests are invited on a tour of Pru Jampa Farm, where seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fruits grow, followed by a leisurely lunch with a view of the lake.

Aulis is an intimate restaurant with just 15 seats in the Iniala Beach House hotel. It operates in a chef’s table format: you sit at the open kitchen and watch the team of chefs create dishes right before your eyes. This is a format for those who value attention to detail and privacy: every guest becomes a participant in a small culinary show.

The concept is built around local farm and artisanal products: vegetables, herbs, seafood, meat, and even cacao and tea are sourced by the restaurant team from trusted producers and their own garden. The tasting menu is regularly updated in accordance with the season.

The restaurant operates in the evenings several days a week; booking a table in advance is necessary — there are few spots, and the number of people eager to experience this level of gastronomy grows with each season.

If you are tired of Thai food and are looking for a steakhouse for a perfect dinner, welcome to El Gaucho Porto de Phuket. This is a branch of the legendary Argentine-Uruguayan chain, where meat is a religion, and the atmosphere encourages long conversations over a glass of wine.

Here they prepare steaks perfectly: smoked ribeye is tender and aromatic, lamb melts in your mouth, and beef soup warms the soul. Portions are generous, and wine is selected for the specific type of meat.

Catch Beach Club is a real pearl on the first line of Bangtao. By day, it is an oasis for relaxing rest: cozy spots by the pool, excellent service, and the sea just two steps away. As soon as the sun sets — the magic turns on! The night turns Catch into an epicenter of vibrant parties to music and the sea breeze.

I recommend going on Friday from 19:00 to 22:00 for the BBQ dinner. Be sure to book a table in advance — the sunsets here are simply mesmerizing, and the cuisine is beyond praise. The dinner is accompanied by an entertainment program with a fire show.
