Working with qualified incoming leads

Selecting properties and organizing villa and apartment viewings on Phuket

Meeting clients and conducting presentations in the company’s media room, which saves time by eliminating the need to visit every property and allows clients to immediately choose the most suitable options

Providing full support to clients from the first contact through to deal closing
-
Preparing all necessary documentation
-
Conducting negotiations and coordinating the transaction

Providing after-sales service
-
English level C1+
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in international real estate

Knowledge of sales strategies

Experience working with foreign clients

Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills

Fixed salary + an uncapped high commission from sales

We are inviting a Russian‑ and English‑speaking rental manager with experience in premium real estate on Phuket to join our team.

Selecting properties based on the client’s request

Supporting the client at every stage of the transaction

Coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs
-
Ensuring villas and apartments are ready before arrival

Liaising with the Villa Management department
-
Handling contracts, payments, and deposits
-
Resolving guests’ urgent issues and conflict situations
-
Meeting rental targets (KPI)
-
Maintaining a high level of service and customer experience
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in property rental on Phuket
-
Fluent Russian and English (level not lower than C1)
-
Experience working with premium clients will be an advantage
-
Ability to quickly resolve issues and work in a multitasking mode

Being based in Phuket

Responsibility, good communication skills and a genuine interest in the hospitality sector
