Payment methods:

SWIFT transfer: Payment is made by official rental agreement and issued invoice to the GYP Group account in Thailand.
Cash: Payment is accepted in cash.
Exchange of funds: You can use the services of our partners for convenient exchange of rubles/currencies and transfer of funds to the account of our company in Thailand.

Payment terms:

A deposit of 50% must be paid within 3 working days after the official invoice is issued.
The remaining amount is due 45 days before the check-in date.

Will I get my money back if I cancel the booking?

If you are forced to cancel your trip for personal reasons, according to the terms of the contract, we unfortunately cannot refund the payment made earlier. However, GetYourPhuket always strives to assist its clients and find a solution in any situation. We will try to rent your villa to other clients in order to return the maximum amount of the sum you paid.

In case of an early departure from the villa, the payment is also non-refundable. However, we will do our best to rent out the villa again if possible within the framework of our agreements with the property owner.

How does the meeting upon arrival and check-in at the villa go?

Upon arrival on Phuket Island, our driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your villa or apartment. On-site, our representative — a manager — will assist with check-in and provide all the necessary information for your comfortable stay.

Our manager will:

Collect the security deposit.
Provide you with the meter readings (if electricity and water are paid separately).
Answer any questions you may have regarding the villa or apartment.
Offer useful recommendations and information for your convenience.

We do everything possible to ensure your check-in is quick and comfortable, so you can start enjoying your vacation on Phuket right away.

What services from partners can we provide to our guests?

We are ready to assist you in organizing all the necessary services for a comfortable stay.
If you need to rent a car, yacht, motorbike, crib, or high chair, or if you'd like groceries to be purchased before your villa check-in, simply inform your manager. We will be happy to arrange everything before your arrival so that your vacation begins without any worries.
