Infinity Blue Phuket is a 4-bedroom villa with a stunning beachfront location, just 30 minutes’ drive from Phuket Airport.
Infinity Blue consists of two single-storey pavilions set on a rectangular plot that stretches between a quiet road and the beach. Entering from the parking area, you first enter the Garden Pavilion, which houses two of the villa’s bedrooms; a covered corridor between the bedrooms leads to a tropical walled garden and koi pond. A path through the garden leads to the Sea View Pavilion, which contains two more bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and dining area. At the front of this pavilion is a furnished terrace overlooking the pool and beach.

The living room is an inviting gathering place, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the terrace and pool. This air-conditioned space is furnished with grey sofas and armchairs, positioned in front of a large flat-screen TV. Satellite and cable internet service, a DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker make it easy to set the mood with movies or music. The living room can be completely opened up to the terrace and the cool sea breeze. Just beyond is the dining area with sea views and a table for four. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and plenty of work space on black granite countertops.

Between the villa and the beach is a 15-metre pool edged with sand and an outdoor shower. At the front of the living pavilion is a covered terrace with a fan, furnished with a dining table and sofa, the perfect place for an evening sit-down or breakfast with the sea breeze. A small paradise garden with a koi pond surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants.

A gated entrance provides parking for two cars.

All four bedrooms of Infinity Blue are spacious and bright. All have en suite bathrooms with showers and are equipped with TVs, air conditioning and ceiling fans, as well as sliding glass doors that open either onto a sea-view terrace or onto the garden.

How to ensure the legal purity of the transaction?

This requires the assistance of a specialist who is well-versed in Thai legislation. A lawyer will help verify the documents and the developer's company for any encumbrances, the legality of the construction, and the land ownership documents.

Will I get my money back if I cancel the booking?

If you are forced to cancel your trip for personal reasons, according to the terms of the contract, we unfortunately cannot refund the payment made earlier. However, GetYourPhuket always strives to assist its clients and find a solution in any situation. We will try to rent your villa to other clients in order to return the maximum amount of the sum you paid.

In case of an early departure from the villa, the payment is also non-refundable. However, we will do our best to rent out the villa again if possible within the framework of our agreements with the property owner.

What is a security deposit? Is it mandatory?

When booking a villa, the rental agreement specifies the amount of the security (refundable) deposit that must be paid upon check-in. This deposit serves as protection for the owner and the management company against potential property damage, unpaid utility bills, and additional services.

The amount of the deposit and the method of payment are agreed upon in advance and specified in the contract. Your concierge manager, who will be present during check-in and check-out, is responsible for safeguarding your security deposit.

The deposit amount is determined by the villa owner or management company and depends on the villa's class and the rental period. For short-term rentals, the deposit typically ranges from $1000 to $2500, while for long-term rentals, it is equivalent to two months' rent.

Upon check-out, your security deposit will be refunded in cash, provided that the villa is left in good condition and all bills have been paid.

How does the meeting upon arrival and check-in at the villa go?

Upon arrival on Phuket Island, our driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your villa or apartment. On-site, our representative — a manager — will assist with check-in and provide all the necessary information for your comfortable stay.

Our manager will:

Collect the security deposit.
Provide you with the meter readings (if electricity and water are paid separately).
Answer any questions you may have regarding the villa or apartment.
Offer useful recommendations and information for your convenience.
