Katamanda is a cozy tropical villa in the prestigious gated community of Katamanda Estate, just a few minutes’ walk from Kata and Kata Noi beaches. The villa is decorated in Balinese style with high ceilings, wooden beams and quality furniture.

The split-level layout includes three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is a particular highlight, with an open-air bathtub and a tropical-style shower. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, while the other has a king-size bed.

The living room has a soft corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and glass sliding doors that connect the space to the terrace. The dining area is fully air-conditioned.

The villa has a private 10-meter swimming pool, surrounded on three sides for privacy and comfort. The pool terrace has sun loungers and a seating area for sunbathing.

Guests of the villa can use the infrastructure of the Katamanda complex: a gym, a tennis court and a communal swimming pool.

Included: cleaning, pool cleaning, garden maintenance, TV and Wi-Fi, taxes and fees.

Not included: electricity, water.

SWIFT transfer: Payment is made according to the official rental agreement and the issued invoice to the GYP Group account in Thailand.

A deposit of 50% must be paid within 3 working days after the official invoice is issued.

The cost of renting a villa depends on several factors: the season, the number of people, and the duration of your stay. Does the villa match the photos on the website?

Yes, all the villas listed on our website undergo thorough inspections by our rental managers. We guarantee that the photos accurately reflect the condition of the property and match what you will see upon check-in. Moreover, for many of our properties, we have also created video tours, which you can watch on the property's page to get an even more complete understanding before making a reservation.

Will I get my money back if I cancel the booking?

If you are forced to cancel your trip for personal reasons, according to the terms of the contract, we unfortunately cannot refund the payment made earlier. However, GetYourPhuket always strives to assist its clients and find a solution in any situation. We will try to rent your villa to other clients in order to return the maximum amount of the sum you paid.

In case of an early departure from the villa, the payment is also non-refundable. However, we will do our best to rent out the villa again if possible within the framework of our agreements with the property owner.

What is a security deposit? Is it mandatory?

When booking a villa, the rental agreement specifies the amount of the security (refundable) deposit that must be paid upon check-in. This deposit serves as protection for the owner and the management company against potential property damage, unpaid utility bills, and additional services.

The amount of the deposit and the method of payment are agreed upon in advance and specified in the contract. Your concierge manager, who will be present during check-in and check-out, is responsible for safeguarding your security deposit.

The deposit amount is determined by the villa owner or management company and depends on the villa's class and the rental period. For short-term rentals, the deposit typically ranges from $1000 to $2500, while for long-term rentals, it is equivalent to two months' rent.

Upon check-out, your security deposit will be refunded in cash, provided that the villa is left in good condition and all bills have been paid.
