SWIFT Transfer: Payment is made under an official rental agreement and issued invoice to the corporate account of GYP Group in Thailand.

Currency Exchange Services: You may use our trusted partners for convenient exchange of rubles or foreign currency and transfer of funds to our company’s account in Thailand.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required within 3 business days after the official invoice is issued.

The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to the check-in date.

Yes, all the villas listed on our website undergo thorough inspections by our rental managers. We guarantee that the photos accurately reflect the condition of the property and match what you will see upon check-in. Moreover, for many of our properties, we have also created video tours, which you can watch on the property's page to get an even more complete understanding before making a reservation.

Will I get my money back if I cancel the booking?

If you are forced to cancel your trip for personal reasons, according to the terms of the contract, we unfortunately cannot refund the payment made earlier. However, GetYourPhuket always strives to assist its clients and find a solution in any situation. We will try to rent your villa to other clients in order to return the maximum amount of the sum you paid.

In case of an early departure from the villa, the payment is also non-refundable. However, we will do our best to rent out the villa again if possible within the framework of our agreements with the property owner.
