При бронировании виллы в договоре указывается размер страхового (возвратного) депозита, который необходимо внести при заселении. Этот депозит служит защитой для владельца и управляющей компании от возможного ущерба имуществу, неоплаты счетов за электроэнергию и воду, а также дополнительных услуг.
Размер депозита и способ его внесения обговариваются заранее и фиксируются в договоре. Ваш консьерж-менеджер, который будет присутствовать при заселении и выселении, несет ответственность за сохранность вашего страхового депозита.
Размер депозита определяется владельцем виллы или управляющей компанией и зависит от класса виллы и срока аренды. При краткосрочной аренде он обычно составляет от $1000 до $2500, а при долгосрочной аренде эквивалентен двум месяцам аренды.
При выезде ваш страховой депозит будет возвращен также наличными, при условии, что вилла остается в надлежащем состоянии и все счета оплачены.
