The 3-bedroom apartment is located in a complex consisting of six four-story buildings with 77 apartments designed for an unforgettable holiday.

The apartment has high ceilings, only natural mahogany was used in the decoration, and marble in the bathrooms. The apartment has a view of the pool. The interior design is made in a modern Thai style, the internal living room is combined with an open kitchen, a dining area and has an exit to the terrace.

On the common territory of the complex, guests and owners have at their disposal a large communal swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a gym, a reception and underground and above-ground parking. The pool has sun loungers with umbrellas, and a Thai gazebo for relaxation. The complex is fully guarded 24 hours a day. In addition, the complex is surrounded on all sides by the hills of the national park and tropical vegetation. Will I get my money back if I cancel the booking?

If you are forced to cancel your trip for personal reasons, according to the terms of the contract, we unfortunately cannot refund the payment made earlier. However, GetYourPhuket always strives to assist its clients and find a solution in any situation. We will try to rent your villa to other clients in order to return the maximum amount of the sum you paid.

In case of an early departure from the villa, the payment is also non-refundable. However, we will do our best to rent out the villa again if possible within the framework of our agreements with the property owner.

How does the meeting upon arrival and check-in at the villa go?

Upon arrival on Phuket Island, our driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your villa or apartment. On-site, our representative — a manager — will assist with check-in and provide all the necessary information for your comfortable stay.

Our manager will:

Collect the security deposit.
Provide you with the meter readings (if electricity and water are paid separately).
Answer any questions you may have regarding the villa or apartment.
Offer useful recommendations and information for your convenience.
