Bang Tao Beach is Transforming

A long-awaited transformation has begun at Layan Beach (the northern part of Bang Tao)!

Great news for everyone who loves the Bang Tao coastline, especially the Layan area. Known for its natural beauty, this protected zone had long remained untouched and undeveloped. But now, thanks to a joint initiative by several beachfront developers, a major improvement project is finally underway — enhancing the green zone along the beach from Mövenpick to Anantara Layan.

Officially approved by Phuket authorities, the project was personally announced by the Governor, who also thanked the sponsoring companies and volunteers of the Big Beach Cleaning Day initiative.

The plan includes the creation of scenic park areas, recreational spaces, and zones for sports and cultural activities — all carefully integrated into the natural landscape.
